How the talent pool works
If no current role fits, you can still join our talent pool and be considered as new positions open. The first step takes about two minutes. You share a few details and upload your CV, and that is all we need to register your interest. There is no long form and no obligation, and joining the pool keeps you visible to our team for roles that are not yet advertised.
What happens next
Your application is held under KVKK, and we use it only for the purposes set out in the candidate notice you accept when you apply. Nothing is shared beyond that. When a suitable role opens, whether in one of the four cities or remotely, our team gets in touch to talk through it. If the fit is right on both sides, we move you into the normal hiring process from there.
