This information notice explains how personal data belonging to candidates is processed under Law No. 6698 within the scope of a job application or talent pool registration. The notice relates to candidate data collected through the application forms on corpshore.tr.
Data controller
The data controller is Corpshore Türkiye, the Türkiye operation acting on behalf of Corpshore Solutions Corporation. Registered address: The Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Suite 1900, Toronto, Ontario M5X 2A2, Canada. The data controller representative in Türkiye and the VERBİS registration details will be updated in this text once the relevant appointment is complete.
Candidate data processed
First name, last name, contact details, city and district, position applied for and request number, function, language competencies and levels, length of experience, working model preference, LinkedIn link, cover letter content and the resume information you submit are processed.
Work permit status is processed to the extent necessary and legally appropriate for the role. Information that may be of a special nature or specific to a role, such as military service status, is requested only where it is necessary for the relevant position and compliant with legislation, as confirmed by the operator; this information is not requested in a general application.
Processing purposes and legal grounds
Candidate data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your application, suitability and language assessment, carrying out interview processes, making the recruitment decision and contacting you when a suitable role opens.
Processing relies on the legal grounds of preparatory activities for the establishment of a contract, the data controller's legal obligation and legitimate interest. Forward-looking retention in the talent pool relies on the explicit consent you give for this purpose.
Transfer
Candidate data is transferred to the Zoho Recruit platform used for recruitment process management, in the capacity of data processor. Within the scope of intra-group recruitment coordination, sharing may take place only to the extent required by the process and under appropriate safeguards. Transfer abroad is subject to the mechanisms in the data transfer policy.
Retention period
In assessments concluded negatively for the position subject to your application, candidate data is retained for a maximum of two years so that it may be considered for suitable positions that may open in the future, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymized at the end of that period. Your talent pool registration is retained until you withdraw your consent or until the periodic review period.
Your rights
You have all the rights in Article 11 of the Law. You may access your application data, request its correction, deletion or updating, and withdraw your talent pool consent at any time. Your applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest and, if rejected, you may apply to the Personal Data Protection Board.
