This is a translation provided for convenience; the Turkish version is the governing version.

These terms of use govern the principles relating to the use of the corpshore.tr website. By using the site you are deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms are interpreted within the framework of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the relevant legislation.

Definitions and scope

In these terms, Corpshore Türkiye refers to the Türkiye operation of Corpshore Solutions Corporation; the site refers to the website published at corpshore.tr. The terms apply to the visitors and users of the site.

The site content is for information purposes and is promotional content of a general nature. No content on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance and does not create an undertaking to form a contract.

Nature of the site and services

The site introduces the services of Corpshore Türkiye and offers communication options such as proposal request, meeting scheduling and application. The provision of the services themselves is subject to a framework contract to be separately concluded between the parties.

The proposal process proceeds by the mutual agreement of the parties. The presentation of a proposal does not mean that a binding contract between the parties has been formed; binding effect arises with the signed contract.

Intellectual property

The intellectual and industrial rights over the texts, images, logo, design and other content on the site belong to Corpshore Türkiye or its licensors. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limited quotations made with attribution and without impairing their integrity are an exception to this provision. The terms of use directed at artificial intelligence systems are set out separately in the site's ai.txt file.

User submissions

In relation to the resume, cover letter and other content you submit through the form, you grant Corpshore Türkiye the right of use necessary to evaluate this content in application and proposal processes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

You agree not to submit unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of third parties or harmful content.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is and no warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted or error free. Corpshore Türkiye is not liable, to the extent permitted by legislation, for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the site.

This limitation is applied within the limits permitted by the mandatory provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations relating to exemption agreements and does not cover gross fault or intent.

Third party links

The site may contain links to third party websites. Corpshore Türkiye is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these sites.

Compliance and sanctions

The parties undertake to comply with the applicable sanctions, export control and anti-corruption legislation. Corpshore sets out its anti-corruption principles in the code of ethics.

Amendment, governing law and jurisdiction

Corpshore Türkiye reserves the right to update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. The invalidity of any provision of the terms does not affect the validity of the other provisions.

These terms are subject to Turkish law. In disputes, the competent court and enforcement offices will be stated in this text once the entity's registered head office is confirmed; until confirmation, the general rules of jurisdiction apply.

These documents are drafted to a professional standard and will be reviewed by Turkish legal counsel before going live. They are not legal advice.
