- A freelancer platform hands you individuals and does not guarantee continuity, and an agency usually works project by project. We build a continuous, dedicated team. The client directs it day to day as if it were their own headcount, and we hold the employment and delivery management.
- Who employs the engineers?
- The engineers sit with Corpshore and the engagement is contracted through the group. There is no separate legal entity in Türkiye, so the contract runs through the Canadian parent. We manage the employment, payroll and workspace, and the client directs the team day to day.
- How fast to a productive team?
- Once the roles and requirements are set, time to a productive pod is usually 2 to 4 weeks.
- Who owns the code and IP?
- Code and IP ownership stays with the client throughout. The contract states this plainly, and access and security controls are set up accordingly.
- What time zone and languages?
- Türkiye time gives nearshore overlap with the European working day. The default working languages are Turkish and English.
