Code of ethics

This code of ethics sets out the principles of conduct we expect the employees, managers and business partners of Corpshore Türkiye to observe.

Integrity and compliance

All activities are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation and the principle of integrity. Conflicts of interest are disclosed and managed appropriately.

Anti-corruption

Bribery, corruption and the offering of improper benefits are prohibited in every form. Gifts and hospitality are handled within reasonable limits and with transparency.

Non-discrimination and respect

Equality and respect are essential in recruitment and working relationships. Discrimination, harassment and bullying are not accepted. A multilingual and multicultural working environment is protected as a value.

Data and privacy responsibility

Customer, candidate and employee data is handled in accordance with privacy and data protection obligations. Information accessed in the course of duty is not used outside its purpose.

Reporting of violations

Suspicions of breaches of the code of ethics may be reported through the channels set out in the whistleblowing policy. People who report in good faith are protected against retaliation.
