Corpshore AI expands Turkish language data operations, recruiting nationwide
Corpshore AI, the artificial intelligence data operations division of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, has expanded its Turkish language programme and opened recruitment for annotation and model evaluation specialists across Türkiye, all roles fully remote.
The expansion targets a structural gap. Large language models handle Turkish measurably worse than the major Western European languages, and the reason is linguistic rather than incidental. Turkish is agglutinative and morphologically rich, meaning a single root can generate hundreds of surface forms through suffixation.
You cannot train morphological judgement into a general annotator in a week. Somebody who has studied Turkish properly sees an incorrect suffix chain immediately. Somebody who has not will label it fluent, and that single mislabel repeated across a dataset is how a model learns bad Turkish.
Roles now open include Turkish annotation specialists, multilingual reinforcement learning quality reviewers covering Turkish, Arabic, German, Russian and Farsi, and a Turkish natural language processing engineering role based in Istanbul. All annotation positions are remote across Türkiye with flexible hours and tiered rates that increase with demonstrated quality.
