Russian Speaking Guest Services Specialist
You support Russian-speaking guests for clients in travel, hospitality, real estate and consumer services from our Antalya site. The work is seasonal in intensity and we are honest about that: summer is significantly busier than winter, and the rota reflects it.
What you will do
- Handle guest contact in Russian across voice, email, chat and messaging
- Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, complaints and service recovery
- Coordinate with on-the-ground client teams where an issue needs physical resolution
- Handle disruption calmly, which in travel is where the account is won or lost
- Record fully and handle personal data under KVKK
What you bring
- Russian at C1 or above, spoken and written
- Turkish at B2 and English at B2 for internal coordination
- A genuine service instinct and comfort with reservation systems
- Availability across a seven-day rota including weekends, with heavier summer loading
Nice to have
- Ukrainian, Kazakh or Azerbaijani
- Prior hospitality, travel or airline experience
- Knowledge of the Antalya region
